It's normal for there to be periods where your yoga practice is irregular, whether that's because of holidays, illness or you simply fall out of the habit. And it's normal for any break to leave you feeling stiff, sluggish, perhaps a little weak or lacking in motivation.
This programme is designed to gradually ease you back into a regular yoga practice, to get you back to feeling strong, mobile and reenergised whilst building a sustainable yoga habit.
It's made up of seven 20-minute on-demand yoga classes. You'll have access to the classes for a month, so you can do the classes on consecutive days, or you can spread them out over a longer period of time and repeat them as many times as you wish.
