This programme is designed to gradually ease you back into a regular yoga practice, to get you back to feeling strong, mobile and reenergised whilst building a sustainable yoga habit.


It's made up of seven 20-minute on-demand yoga classes. You'll have access to the classes for a month, so you can do the classes on consecutive days, or you can spread them out over a longer period of time and repeat them as many times as you wish.

Over the past decade, I've taught hundreds of people of all body types and capabilities, both online and in person. You're in safe hands.


The number one thing I always say is, "It doesn't matter if you can or can't touch your toes". Trust me, your level of flexibility or strength is not important. You'll become more flexible and strong as a consequence of doing yoga but these qualities are definitely not prerequisites.


I'm here to take the feeling of fear and intimidation out of the equation so that you can progress along your yoga journey with confidence and establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life. Let me to show you how.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need any equipment?

Yes, you'll need a yoga mat. It's also highly recommended that you have 2 x yoga bricks and you might like to have a big block to sit on (or you can substitute with things from around your house).

What can I view the classes on?

You can view via a computer, or your phone or tablet, via my website or app. All content will be accessed through your login.

If I am a complete beginner, is this programme suitable for me?

This programme is not designed for complete beginners. If you are a beginner, my Yoga for Beginners course will be the best place to start.

Is this programme suitable for children?

No. There are other on-demand Yoga for Children & Teens classes on my website and app which are designed specifically for children.

Is this programme suitable if I am pregnant or if I have just had a baby?

This programme is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have just had a baby, but my on-demand pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes on my website and app are ideal instead.

How long will this programme take?

The programme is self-paced so you can do it at your own pace. There are 7 classes, so you could do them on consecutive days and complete them in a week. Or, you may wish to spread them out over a number of weeks. You have unlimited access to the classes for a month so you can repeat the classes as many times as you wish.

Do I have to pay for a membership to access the programme?

No, all you pay is a one-off payment for rented access to the programme for 1 month. This is not a subscription or membership product so there are no ongoing payments. However, if you'd like to extend your rental period, you can re-purchase the programme as many times as you wish.

How long do I have access to the programme?

Your access to the programme will expire after 1 month from your purchase date. If you'd like to continue after the 1-month period, you can re-purchase the programme as many times as you wish, or alternatively you can join my membership which includes this programme along with over 450 other classes and programmes.
