HELLO, I'M FELICITY

My mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and a natural part of everyday life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes. I've taught thousands of students of all body types and capabilities over the past nine years, both in person and online. You're in safe hands.


My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable healthy habits. By practising yoga regularly with me, you'll feel strong, flexible and confident about your body so that you can do all the things you love to do in life.

No matter your experience level, life stage, level of mobility or fitness, the FWY membership offers a variety of classes to suit what you need on any given day. 


Through live classes and on-demand programmes you’ll develop a consistent home practice, helping you to strengthen your body, gain greater flexibility and range of motion, release tension, relax and restore.


Class styles include Gentle Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative, Pregnancy, Postnatal, Yoga for Beginners and Runners, Yoga with Weights, Breathing and Guided Meditation, plus my monthly vlog and much more.

Yoga works best when you do it regularly, and the more you practise the greater the impact.


But let's face it, we don't all have time to go to 60-minute in-person classes multiple times per week. That's where online yoga comes in.

 

Through having access to my classes 24/7, you'll be able to practise at a time that suits you. You'll find it easy to fit yoga into your daily life with my short on-demand classes of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30 minutes. If you want to go deeper there are longer practices of up to 75 minutes, as well as regular live classes.


You can view the classes on your computer, phone or tablet, via my website or app. If you're going to be away from wifi, you can download classes to the app for offline viewing. Plus, for easy access, you can create customisable playlists of your favourite classes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I'm a complete beginner and totally inflexible. Are your classes suitable for me?

Yes! There's a 3-module Yoga for Beginners course, plus Gentle Yoga classes and meditations that are suitable for beginners. These are available as part of the Standard membership.

How can I view the classes?

You can view the classes via my website on your computer, or you can view the classes on your phone or tablet via my FWY app.

Do I need any equipment?

You'll need a yoga mat. There are other optional yoga props that you might like to have, such as two bricks and a belt, but if you don't have these then you can substitute with things from around your house. You'll receive more information about this when you join.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Your access will be removed at the end of your current payment period.

When are the live classes?

Every week, there's a Vinyasa Flow class at 6-7pm on Mondays and a Hatha class at 6-7pm on Wednesdays. Every month, there is also an extended practice at 9-11am on Saturdays. Classes are recorded for catch-up. Class times may vary if I am away, but you can view the schedule via the in-platform calendar. Live classes and recordings are available for Platinum members only.

How do I attend the live classes?

The live classes are delivered via zoom. If you're a Platinum member, you'll find the zoom link in the community feed.

If I miss a live class, can I catch up?

Yes, the class recordings will be available for Platinum members in the class library for a week after the published date.

What are the benefits of doing yoga regularly?

Doing yoga regularly is a way of taking care of your body and mind. It gives you time to slow down and relax, which can be valuable for your mental wellbeing. We all have busy heads thinking about the past and the future, whereas when you are doing yoga, your attention is focused purely on the present moment through awareness of your body and your breath. This can slow down your racing mind and create mental space, which is a useful tool when you have feelings of anxiety or when you're faced with stressful situations off your mat. Yoga also builds flexibility, range of motion and strength, which can help combat the effects of modern-day sedentary lifestyles, keeping your body mobile and strong, and your spine healthy. This all comes together to give a more balanced state of mind and confidence in your body, a combination that can be empowering psychologically. With an able body and a balanced mind, we can live a full life, doing all the things we love to do.

How often should I do yoga?

Yoga works best when you do it regularly and so the more you do it, the greater the impact. However, this doesn't mean you need to do an hour a day. Little and often is key to making yoga a daily habit. I always say to my students that ten minutes of yoga a day is better than zero minutes. If you have time to do longer sessions then that's great, but don't overlook the value of taking regular short yoga breaks from your work, especially if you are working at a desk or sitting a lot, and if you do other forms exercise like running or cycling.
