Over the past decade, I've guided hundreds of beginners through their first yoga experiences—people of all ages, body types, and abilities. What I've learned is that everyone can benefit from yoga, regardless of where they start.


My teaching philosophy is simple: "It doesn't matter if you can or can't touch your toes." Flexibility and strength develop naturally through practice—they're outcomes of yoga, not requirements to begin.

Yes, you'll need a yoga mat. It's also highly recommended that you have some additional props (or you can substitute with things from around your house). You'll receive information about this when you join the course.

What can I view the classes on?

You can view via a computer, or your phone or tablet, via my website or app. All content will be accessed through your login.

If I have done some yoga before, is this course suitable for me?

Yes. Absolutely. If you've had a break from yoga, or if you feel there are gaps in your knowledge or technique, this course will be the perfect way to revisit the fundamentals.

If I am a complete beginner, is this course suitable for me?

Yes. Absolutely.

Is this course suitable for children?

No. There are other on-demand Yoga for Children & Teens classes on my website and app which are designed specifically for children.

Is this course suitable for me if I am pregnant or if I have just had a baby?

This programme is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have just had a baby, but my on-demand pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes on my website and app are ideal instead.

How long will the course take?

The course is self-paced so you can do it at your own pace. It's estimated that it will take between 2-6 weeks, depending on how frequently you practise. You have unlimited access to the classes for 3 months so you can repeat the classes as many times as you wish.

Do I have to pay for a membership to access the course?

No, all you pay is a one-off payment for rented access to the course for 3 months. This is not a subscription or membership product so there are no ongoing payments. However, if you'd like to extend your rental period, you can re-purchase the course as many times as you wish.
