Hello, I'm Felicity
For over a decade, I've guided hundreds of people through their yoga journeys with my strong but steady teaching style.
My own relationship with movement has evolved over the years. While I've experienced the high-intensity side of fitness, I've also learned—sometimes the hard way—how important mindful movement is for lasting wellbeing.
I've helped people of all ages and abilities transform nagging discomfort, improve sleep, manage stress, and maintain mobility as their bodies change with time.
I'm here to show you that reclaiming how your body feels doesn't require complicated routines or perfect flexibility. Let me guide you back to movement that feels good, one session at a time.

Both tiers give you full access to the 500+ class library. The difference is whether you want fresh content and live sessions each week.
When are the live classes?
5 x live 20-minute sessions run Monday–Friday at 7am (UK). These are our 'Power & Ease' classes (based on Hatha Yoga) and are one-way only—you'll never be on camera, so there's no pressure to look a certain way or have the "perfect" space. Replays are available straight after the class.
Plus, 2 x live weekly classes run via zoom. These are Vinyasa at 6pm on Mondays (45 mins) and Hatha at 6pm on Wednesdays (60 mins). You can have your camera on or off.
The live classes and their replays are available for Thrive members only.
I'm a complete beginner and totally inflexible. Are your classes suitable for me?
Yes! The Nourish tier is your perfect starting point. There's a 3-module Yoga for Beginners course, plus Stretch & Unwind classes, Mobility classes and meditations that are suitable for beginners. These classes will give you everything you need to build your foundation.
How often should I do yoga?
Yoga works through repetition, not duration. Ten minutes daily will change your body faster than one 60-minute session a week. Your nervous system responds to consistency, not heroic efforts.
If you work at a desk, those short 10-minute sessions between meetings aren't "less than"—they're exactly what your body needs to undo hours of sitting. If you run, cycle, or lift weights, the 15-minute mobility classes are what keep you injury-free and moving well.
Start with what feels doable. Build from there. Progress comes from showing up, not from doing it perfectly.
Do I need any equipment?
You'll need a yoga mat. There are other optional yoga props that you might like to have, such as two bricks and a belt, but if you don't have these then you can substitute with things from around your house.
How do I view the classes?
You can view the classes via my website or via my app, either on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You can also cast to your TV.
I have an injury or medical condition. Are the classes suitable for me?
In most cases, yes, but please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com to discuss this with me before joining. It's always wise to check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
I can't get down onto the floor or back up again and/or I can't be on hands and knees. Are the classes suitable for me?
If you cannot get up/down from the floor and/or cannot be on hands and knees the classes aren't suitable for you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily—leggings or joggers and a t-shirt work perfectly. No special "yoga clothes" required! Just make sure you can bend, stretch and move without restriction.
What are the benefits of doing yoga regularly?
Doing yoga regularly is a way of taking care of your body and mind. It gives you time to slow down and relax, which can be valuable for your mental wellbeing. We all have busy heads thinking about the past and the future, whereas when you are doing yoga, your attention is focused purely on the present moment through awareness of your body and your breath. This can slow down your racing mind and create mental space, which is a useful tool when you have feelings of anxiety or when you're faced with stressful situations off your mat. Yoga also builds flexibility, range of motion and strength, which can help combat the effects of modern-day sedentary lifestyles, keeping your body mobile and strong, and your spine healthy. This all comes together to give a more balanced state of mind and confidence in your body, a combination that can be empowering psychologically. With an able body and a balanced mind, we can live a full life, doing all the things we love to do.
Will I get any guidance from you?
Yes, you'll have personal support from me. Prior to joining, if you have questions please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com. After joining you'll hear from me via DM within the platform. I am always here to guide you.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time via your account settings. There is no notice period.
