For over a decade, I've guided hundreds of people through their yoga journeys with my strong but steady approach. Like many of you, I've always been passionate about fitness—from running marathons to completing Ironman triathlons, I know what it means to push your body to its limits. It was through this high-intensity journey that I discovered the transformative power of yoga as the missing piece in my own athletic life.


My expertise lies in creating structured yoga practices that complement your existing fitness routine—short, effective sessions that respect where your body is today while building the strength you need for tomorrow. I've helped countless members transform nagging pain, improve sleep, manage stress, and maintain their active lifestyles as their bodies change with time.

What style of yoga is the class?

It's a steady flow. Nothing is rushed, with plenty of time to transition between poses. Strong enough to feel your muscles work, and enough control to leave your nervous system steady. Expect strength, stretch, and release — without the frantic pace or awkward flow that throws your form off.

I'm not very flexible. Can I still join?

Absolutely! My yoga is about building strength as much as flexibility. You don't need to flexible or strong to start. 

Is it suitable for beginners?

This class isn't suitable for complete beginners. If that's you, you might be interested in my online Yoga for Beginners course, which is available inside my membership, or as a stand-alone course.

How do I attend the class?

The class is delivered via Zoom. You'll receive a link for the class upon registration. You can view the class on your phone, tablet or computer.

What equipment do I need?

You'll need a mat. If you also have yoga bricks/blocks then that's great, but they are not essential.

Is this class suitable if I am pregnant or if I have just had a baby?

This programme is not suitable if you are pregnant or if you have just had a baby, but my on-demand pregnancy or postnatal yoga classes inside my membership are ideal.

Is the class recorded?

Yes, you'll receive a replay that's available for 48 hours after the class. Note, the recording does not include visuals of the participants.

Will you be able to see me?

Yes, this is a two-way livestream. You can see me, and I can see you. However, if you prefer to turn your camera off then that's not a problem.
