This 10-minute class is a punchy but steady sequence which will help to strengthen your core. It's part of the Daily Core Blasts programme which will strengthen the whole circumference of your core, including your abs, side core, back, glutes and hip flexors.

This is a Hatha yoga class. Some prior experience of yoga is recommended.

Recommended equipment: yoga mat.

If you'd like to do a stretchy class afterwards, this would be a good one.
