Meet Your Teacher
Hello, I'm Felicity
If you’ve already tried some of my classes, you’ve experienced my strong but steady approach — movement that builds strength and mobility without pushing your body into overwhelm.
For over a decade, I’ve guided hundreds of people through practices designed to support real life: helping ease persistent tension, improve sleep, manage stress, and maintain confidence in how their bodies move as they change over time.
My own journey with movement has evolved too. I’ve known the high-intensity side of fitness — and I’ve learned how powerful slower, more intelligent practices can be for long-term wellbeing.
You don’t need complicated routines or perfect flexibility to feel better in your body.
Just clear guidance, thoughtful structure, and somewhere steady to come back to.

Do I need any yoga experience?
Not at all. Strong & Supple is designed to be beginner-friendly and accessible. The sessions are short, clear, and guided step by step so you can move at your own pace.
How long are the classes?
Each session is around 10 minutes — long enough to feel the benefit, but short enough to fit into real life.
What if I miss a day?
That’s completely okay. The programme is there to support you, not create pressure. You can move through the sessions in your own time and return to them whenever you need.
Is this the same as FWY?
Strong & Supple is a short, standalone programme. FWY is my wider online studio, where you’ll find a full library of classes, structured programmes, and ongoing support if you decide you’d like something more long-term later on.
How do I access the classes?
As soon as you purchase the programme, you’ll receive access online so you can start straight away — you can view the classes via my website or via my app, either on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You can also cast to your TV.
What do I need to get started?
Just a mat (or something comfortable to move on) and a little bit of space. No equipment or previous flexibility required.
How long do I have access?
You’ll have unlimited ongoing access, so you can return to the sessions whenever you want to rebuild that steady rhythm.
I can't touch my toes! Is this programme suitable for me?
Absolutely! We'll work with your body exactly as it is today.
I have an injury or medical condition. Is this programme suitable for me?
In most cases, yes, but please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com to discuss this with me before joining. It's always wise to check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
I can't get down onto the floor or back up again and/or I can't be on hands and knees. Is this programme suitable for me?
If you cannot get up/down from the floor and/or cannot be on hands and knees this programme isn't suitable for you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily—leggings or joggers and a t-shirt work perfectly. No special "yoga clothes" required! Just make sure you can bend, stretch and move without restriction.
