Meet Your Teacher
Hello, I'm Felicity
For over a decade, I've guided hundreds of people through their yoga journeys with my strong but steady teaching style.
My own relationship with movement has evolved over the years. While I've experienced the high-intensity side of fitness, I've also learned—sometimes the hard way—how important mindful movement is for lasting wellbeing.
I've helped people of all ages and abilities transform nagging discomfort, improve sleep, manage stress, and maintain mobility as their bodies change with time.
I'm here to show you that reclaiming how your body feels doesn't require complicated routines or perfect flexibility. Let me guide you back to movement that feels good, one session at a time.

Can I attend live if I am a 'Standard' member?
Yes, this programme is available to do live or on-demand for all membership levels.
Do I need any equipment?
You'll just need a non-slip mat and comfortable clothing you can move in (no special "yoga clothes" required!)
Will you see me if I attend live?
No. It's a one-way stream, so you will see me, but I won't see you.
What do I need to view the classes?
You can view the classes via my website or via my app, either on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You can also cast to your TV.
How will I access the recordings?
Class recordings will be automatically uploaded to the library after each class.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
FWY members will have ongoing access to the recordings after the 30 days have ended. Access for non-members will end after the 30 days have finished.
I can't touch my toes! Is this programme suitable for me?
Absolutely! Just like you wouldn't expect to be already fit before starting at a gym, you don't need to be flexible to begin yoga. We'll work with your body exactly as it is today.
I have an injury or medical condition. Is this course suitable for me?
In most cases, yes but please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com to discuss this with me before joining. The adaptable nature of these sessions works well for many different bodies, but it's always wise to check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
I can't get down onto the floor or back up again and/or I can't be on hands and knees. Is this course suitable for me?
If you cannot get up/down from the floor and/or cannot be on hands and knees this programme isn't suitable for you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily—leggings or joggers and a t-shirt work perfectly. No special "yoga clothes" required! Just make sure you can bend, stretch and move without restriction.
I'm a complete beginner. Can I do this programme?
If you are generally active then yes this programme is suitable for you, even if you haven't done yoga before. You definitely don't need to be flexible to start!
