Replays will remain in the library for unlimited ongoing access.
All members can attend live or do the replays.
What style of yoga is this programme?
This programme is based on Hatha yoga. Classes will include static postures connected with steady movement, plus breathing and meditation, to build strength, mobility and calm.
Do I need any equipment?
You'll just need a non-slip mat and comfortable clothing you can move in.
Can I attend live if I am a 'Standard' member?
Yes, this programme is available to do live or on-demand for all membership levels.
How do I view the classes?
You can view the classes via my website or via my app, either on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You can also cast to your TV.
How do I join the live classes?
You'll access the live classes via the library here. There is a thumbnail for each class - click through to pre-register for the class, and to join. If you pre-register you'll receive an email reminder as the class is starting.
Will you see me if I attend live?
No. It's a one-way stream, so you will see me, but I won't see you.
How will I access the recordings?
Class recordings will be uploaded to the library here after each class. Make sure you are logged in to access them.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
FWY members will have unlimited ongoing access to the recordings (even after the 30 days have ended).
I can't touch my toes! Is this programme suitable for me?
Absolutely! We'll work with your body exactly as it is today.
I have an injury or medical condition. Is this programme suitable for me?
In most cases, yes, but please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com to discuss this with me if you are unsure. If you have been doing the other Hatha classes in the library without any problem you will be fine. It's always wise to check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
I'm a complete beginner. Can I do this programme?
If you are generally active and injury-free then yes this programme is suitable for you, even if you haven't done yoga before. You definitely don't need to be super flexible to start! However, you might like to do the Yoga for Beginners Programme inside FWY first so that you have a foundational knowledge of the poses.
