Hello, I'm Felicity, and I teach yoga for people who want to feel strong, steady and at home in their bodies again.
For over a decade, I've guided hundreds of people through their yoga journeys with my strong but steady teaching style.
My own relationship with movement has evolved over the years. While I've experienced the high-intensity side of fitness, I've also learned—sometimes the hard way—how important mindful movement is for lasting wellbeing.

What style of yoga is this?
The live Power & Ease morning classes are based on Hatha yoga. For the live evening zoom classes, there is one Vinyasa Flow and one Hatha class each week. All classes are in my Strong but Steady style.
In addition, there is a library of on-demand classes and programmes in a variety of yoga styles, including Yoga for Beginners, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Stretch & Unwind, Yoga with Weights, Yoga for Runners, Skiers & Cyclists, Restorative, Breathing, Meditation, Guided Relaxation, Pregnancy, Postnatal and Children's Yoga.
When are the live classes?
5 x live 20-minute sessions run Monday–Friday at 7am (UK). These are our 'Power & Ease' classes (based on Hatha Yoga) and are one-way only—you'll never be on camera, so there's no pressure to look a certain way or have the "perfect" space. Replays are available straight after the class.
Plus, 2 x live weekly classes run via zoom. These are Vinyasa at 6pm on Mondays (45 mins) and Hatha at 6pm on Wednesdays (60 mins). You can have your camera on or off.
What happens if I can't make the live classes?
That’s completely fine. Most people don’t make every class live, and some never attend live at all.
What matters isn’t the exact time you practise. It’s that there’s something there for you each day.
Every class is available on replay, so you can do it when it fits your life —
morning, lunchtime, evening.
The live class creates the rhythm. The replay lets you follow it in your own way. So you’re not relying on motivation or trying to figure out what to do. You have something to come back to. And that’s what makes the difference.
What if I miss a few days?
You don’t fall behind. There’s nothing to catch up on. Each class stands on its own. So you can come in and out
as life allows without feeling like you’ve missed something.
But they’re also designed to work together. So the more regularly you show up, the more your body starts to build strength, mobility and balance over time.
And in every class, you’ll be given options. So you can adjust things
based on how your body feels that day. Some days you’ll do more.
Some days less. Both count.
Because this isn’t about keeping up.
It’s about having something you can return to, again and again, in a way that works for you.
I'm a complete beginner and totally inflexible. Are your classes suitable for me?
The live classes are not recommended for beginners, however you can learn the fundamentals with me first, and then progress to the live classes.
Inside, there's a 3-module Yoga for Beginners course, plus Stretch & Unwind classes, Mobility classes and meditations that are all suitable for beginners. These classes will give you everything you need to build your foundations.
How often should I do yoga?
More often than occasionally. Not perfectly, but regularly enough that your body starts to recognise it.
Yoga works through repetition, not intensity. It’s the practice you come back to again and again that creates change.
For most people, that looks like
moving 4–5 times a week. Sometimes shorter. Sometimes longer. Always in a way that fits your life.
Because your body doesn’t need heroic sessions. It responds to rhythm. To being moved, supported and unwound
on a regular basis.
Start with what feels realistic. And build from there. Because progress doesn’t come from doing it perfectly. It comes from showing up often enough that your body begins to change.
Do I need any equipment?
You'll need a yoga mat. There are other optional yoga props that you might like to have, such as two bricks and a belt, but if you don't have these then you can substitute with things from around your house.
How do I view the classes?
You can view the classes via my website or via my app, either on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer. You can also cast to your TV.
I have an injury or medical condition. Are the classes suitable for me?
Please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com to discuss this with me before joining. It's always wise to check with your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
I can't get down onto the floor or back up again and/or I can't be on hands and knees. Are the classes suitable for me?
If you cannot get up/down from the floor and/or cannot be on hands and knees the classes aren't suitable for you.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily—leggings or joggers and a t-shirt work perfectly. No special "yoga clothes" required! Just make sure you can bend, stretch and move without restriction.
What are the benefits of doing yoga regularly?
Regular yoga practice is how you take care of both body and mind—not as separate things, but as one.
It gives you time to slow down, breathe, and be present. When your attention shifts from the endless mental loop of past and future to what's happening right now—your body, your breath—something shifts. Your racing mind slows. Mental space opens up. And that space? It's what helps you navigate stress, anxiety, and everything life throws at you off the mat.
Physically, yoga builds the strength, mobility and spinal health your body needs to counter the effects of sitting, stress, and modern life. You move better. You feel more capable. And when your body feels strong and your mind feels clear, everything else becomes easier.
That's the combination that changes everything: an able body and a balanced mind. That's what lets you keep doing all the things you love.
Will I get any guidance from you?
Yes, you'll have personal support from me. Prior to joining, if you have questions please email felicity@felicitywoodyoga.com. After joining you'll hear from me via DM within the platform. I am always here to guide you.
Can I cancel at any time?
