HEAR WHAT MY MEMBERS SAY
Watch this video to hear how the FWY membership has made a difference to my members' lives
You've always valued movement and exercise. You're committed to taking care of yourself, but what worked for your body a decade ago isn't cutting it anymore. Those niggles in your back after a day at your desk, the stiffness after your runs, the exhaustion by week's end—they're all signs your body is asking for something different.
You know yoga could help, but finding the right teacher and fitting hour-long classes into your already packed schedule feels impossible. And those random YouTube videos? They're either too gentle to feel worthwhile or so rushed you can't keep up. With no structure or continuity between sessions, you're not seeing real progress—just wasting time scrolling through endless options only to end up feeling disappointed when the classes aren't hitting the spot.
No matter your experience level, life stage, level of mobility or fitness, the FWY membership offers a variety of classes to suit what you need on any given day. Through a consistent home practice you'll:
strengthen your body
gain greater flexibility and range of motion
improve posture, core strength and back health
relieve stiffness, ease aches and feel more supple
prevent injury and improve balance
aid relaxation, relieve stress and anxiety, and improve sleep
create mental space and find emotional balance
feel great, boost energy levels and mood
feel a sense of wellbeing because you're taking care of yourself and your longevity.

Doing yoga regularly is a way of taking care of your body and mind. It gives you time to slow down and relax, which can be valuable for your mental wellbeing. We all have busy heads thinking about the past and the future, whereas when you are doing yoga, your attention is focused purely on the present moment through awareness of your body and your breath. This can slow down your racing mind and create mental space, which is a useful tool when you have feelings of anxiety or when you're faced with stressful situations off your mat. Yoga also builds flexibility, range of motion and strength, which can help combat the effects of modern-day sedentary lifestyles, keeping your body mobile and strong, and your spine healthy. This all comes together to give a more balanced state of mind and confidence in your body, a combination that can be empowering psychologically. With an able body and a balanced mind, we can live a full life, doing all the things we love to do.
Yoga works best when you do it regularly and so the more you do it, the greater the impact. However, this doesn't mean you need to do an hour a day. Little and often is key to making yoga a daily habit. I always say to my students that ten minutes of yoga a day is better than zero minutes. If you have time to do longer sessions then that's great, but don't overlook the value of taking regular short yoga breaks from your work, especially if you are working at a desk or sitting a lot, and if you do other forms exercise like running or cycling.
If you have any unanswered questions about the membership, or if you'd like me to show you around, or if you need some advice before you get started, perhaps relating to an injury or condition, I am always here to help. Get in touch and we can either discuss over email or a short discovery call.
