HELLO & WELCOME, I'M FELICITY
My mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and a natural part of everyday life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes. I've taught thousands of students of all body types and capabilities over the past ten years, both in person and online. You're in safe hands.
My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable healthy habits. By practising yoga regularly with me, you'll feel strong and flexible, and have confidence in your body so that you feel great. By taking care of your body and mind now, you'll also be taking care of your longevity so that you can continue to do all the things you love to do in life for many years to come.
