I've been teaching yoga for over a decade. My mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and easier to make part of everyday life.


My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes.

What style of yoga is in this programme?

This programme is made up of a mix of styles: Vinyasa (FLOW), Hatha (STRENGTHEN), Gentle Yoga (STRETCH) and Meditation (MEDITATE), so that you balance the yin with the yang as a reset for the whole body and mind.

Is this programme suitable for beginners?

No, it's not ideal for beginners. Some prior experience is recommended. If you are a complete beginner, check out my Yoga for Beginners course. If you've had a long break from yoga, check out my Get Back On Your Mat programme which will gently ease you back into a regular practice.

Do I need any equipment?

It's recommended that you have a yoga mat. You also might like to have 2 x yoga bricks, but if you don't have these then you can substitute with things from around your house.

Do I have to pay a membership to access the programme?

No, this is a one-off purchase to rent the programme for 3 months. There is no ongoing commitment. However, if you'd like to extend your rental period, you can re-purchase the programme as many times as you wish.

How long do I have access for?

You'll have unlimited access for 3 months. You can repeat the rental as many times as you'd like to.

What can I view the classes on?

You can view via a computer, or your phone or tablet, via my website or app. All content will be accessed through your login.

How long will the programme take?

There are 30 x 10-minute classes in the programme. For maximum benefit do one class each day over the course of the rental period.

Can I give this programme as a gift?

Can I do the classes at any time?

Yes, the classes are on-demand videos which can be done at any time of the day, and repeated as many times as you'd like.
