Like many of you, I spent years chasing intensity — thinking that more was better and rest was optional. It was through that journey that I discovered yoga not as a stretch class or a backup plan — but as the missing rhythm my body had been asking for all along.
Today, I specialise in creating short, structured yoga practices that respect where your body is now — while building the strength, mobility, and nervous system calm that carries into the rest of your life.
