I've been teaching yoga for over a decade. My mission is to make yoga feel less intimidating, more accessible and easier to make part of everyday life.


My classes will help you to practise yoga with confidence and skill, and to establish sustainable habits so that you can transform your wellbeing and thrive in life, regardless of whether you can or can't touch your toes.

Is this programme suitable for beginners?

Yes. You don't need any prior experience of yoga to do the classes.

Do I need any equipment?

There is no essential equipment needed, but a yoga or exercise mat may be helpful for grip. For a few of the classes you'll need something to stand on - a yoga brick, or some hardback books will work well.

Do I have to pay for a membership to access the programme?

No, this is a one-off purchase to rent the programme for a month. There is no ongoing commitment. However, if you'd like to extend your rental period, you can re-purchase the programme as many times as you wish.

How long do I have access for?

You'll have unlimited access for 1 month. You can repeat the rental as many times as you'd like to.

What can I view the classes on?

You can view via a computer, or your phone or tablet, via my website or app. All content will be accessed through your login.

How long will the programme take?
