Prevent injury and improve performance by making yoga part of your weekly training schedule. This on-demand programme of 7 x 10-minute targeted runner's classes will relieve stiffness, release tension and increase your range of motion and flexibility.
You'll have a go-to class for each day of the week, which can be done after your run or on a rest day. You'll have access to the classes for 3 months in order to repeat them as part of your training plan, which will:
