Yoga for Runners Programme Rent Bundle (7 videos) Yoga for Runners Programme

Prevent injury and improve performance by making yoga part of your weekly training schedule, with a programme of seven 10-minute targeted runner's classes that will relieve stiffness, release tension and increase your range of motion and flexibility.


You'll have a go-to class for each day of the week, which can be done after your run or on a rest day. You'll have access to the classes for 3 months in order to repeat them as part of your training plan, which will:


  • Increase your flexibility and range of motion

  • Improve your posture, core strength and back health

  • Relieve stiffness, ease aches, and feel more supple

  • Feel confident about your body

  • Aid relaxation, and relieve stress and anxiety

  • Boost energy levels and mood.
